Coming from a military family and growing up in New York, Michael felt a calling to serve in the U.S. Military. After graduating from the U.S. Naval Academy and spending time in the most arduous of environments as a bomb disposal officer, Michael has gained extensive leadership abilities by guiding teams and departments ranging from 8 to 100+ personnel.
Foremost, Michael is a problem solver who is driven to improve the livelihoods of others. He reinforced this foundation with an MBA from the Wharton School and 2 years as a management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group. Michael is versed in consulting, coaching, organizational effectiveness, as well as marketing, recruiting, and KPI's.
Phil Foster

Phil attended the United States Naval Academy. After graduation in 2008, he joined the United States Navy, and served as a submarine officer. Phil’s time in the Navy had him deployed in the Western Pacific in 2011, and spent a year in Bahrain handling submarine operations in the Gulf. His final tour was at the University of Southern California as a Naval ROTC Associate Professor and receiving a Masters in Computer Science. Upon concluding his service, Phil worked as a cybersecurity contractor for the Navy, being responsible for the Hull Mechanical and Electrical (HM&E) systems of the USS FORD. Soon, Phil attended The University of Pennsylvania’s Law School and Wharton School of Business. Upon graduation from the JD/MBA program, Phil stayed in Philadelphia and began working at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a consultant.
During his time at BCG, Phil was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar and focused on mainly digital transformation projects and retail partnerships.
